Visit to Radio Mirchi and The Times of India

Our school recently organized an educational trip to Radio Mirchi and The Times of India office. The visit was very exciting and gave us a chance to learn how media works in real life.

At Radio Mirchi, we saw how radio shows are recorded and broadcast live. The radio jockeys explained how they prepare for programs, interact with listeners, and make the shows entertaining. We even got to see the soundproof studio and the modern equipment used for recording.

Later, we visited The Times of India, one of the leading newspapers in the country. There we understood the entire process of how news is collected, edited, and finally printed for the readers. The journalists and editors told us about the importance of accuracy and responsibility in news reporting. We also visited the printing section and saw how thousands of newspapers are printed every hour.

The visit was truly an enriching experience. It gave us a better understanding of the role of media in our daily lives. We realized how both radio and newspapers play an important role in informing, educating, and entertaining society.
