Gyanodaya Shishu Mandir, a Pre-Primary English Medium School, was established in 1989 under the visionary guidance of Convener Late Shri Moolchandji Dasani and Trustee Shri Tejkaranji Luniya. The school began with a single Senior KG Class.
Under the dynamic leadership of Headmaster Shri Talukdarji Chandel, the school expanded from a Junior KG to Grade 8 institution. Through the tireless dedication of its teachers and efficient management, the school has achieved exceptional growth and success in a remarkably short time.
Responding to the growing demand from the parents, school introduced Nursery classes in the year 2023. At present, Gyanodaya Shishu Mandir operates 10 classes from Nursery to Senior KG, providing quality education to 350 young learners in a morning shift.
Gyanodaya Shishu Mandir follows the National Education Policy (NEP) and the National Curriculum Framework (NCF) to provide quality education. Our aim is to nature children confident and smart individuals. For the pre-primary level, the school offers well-decorated, theme-based, air-conditioned classrooms.
All classrooms are equipped with smart boards containing online and offline content tailored to the age and understanding of the children. To ensure the holistic development of the students, teachers organize a variety of activities.

Our hardworking and dedicated staff work closely with the students to guide them effectively. To monitor progress, weekly oral and written tests are conducted, and individual attention is given to each child. Detailed updates on the child’s performance are shared with parents.
Homework and other information are sent to parents daily via WhatsApp groups. Every Saturday, parent-teacher meetings are conducted for Nursery, Junior, and senior KG parents. During these sessions, demo lectures are provided to guide parents on how to teach their children at home, ensuring better academic outcomes.
Teachers also focus on understanding and addressing each child’s individual challenges with meticulous attention. Regular competitions are organized to motivate children, and they are awarded prize and certificates to encourage their efforts.
Our primary goal is to foster the holistic development of every child and instill essential qualities like self-control and discipline to prepare them for a successful future.
