The Computer Department at our institution consistently organizes its much-anticipated annual quiz competition, bringing together students from various classes to test their knowledge, foster healthy competition, and promote teamwork. This yearly event has become a cornerstone of the department’s academic calendar, providing a platform for students to demonstrate their intellectual prowess beyond the classroom.

- Preliminary Round: A multiple-choice questionnaire to select the top teams.
- Rapid-Fire Round: Teams must answer as many questions as possible in a short time frame, testing their quick thinking.
- Buzzer Round: A classic format where the first team to buzz in with the correct answer earns points, adding an element of excitement and urgency.
- Visual Round: Questions based on images, logos, or diagrams related to technology.
The rules are clearly defined, and a panel of faculty members serves as judges to ensure a smooth and impartial process.

Computer Quiz Competiton
Computer quiz was organised in Rajasthan schools on 12th March 2025.The objective of the competition was to enhance the knowledge of Information Technology among students.In all,8 teams, each consisting of 3 participants (2 from Std. 9 and 1 from Std. 11), competed in the quiz.
The quiz consisted of three rounds:
First Round had 3 segments,In which correct answers scored 10 points, wrong answers deducted 5 points, and passed answers added 5 points. The bottom 2 teams were eliminated after this round. Second Round had 2 segments, with the same scoring system. The bottom 2 teams were eliminated after this round. The top 4 teams competed in a buzzer round, featuring puzzles and visual identification questions.The competition ended with a tie between two teams. After a thrilling finale, the winning team consisted of students from Std. 9-C and 11-C. Certificates and pens were distributed to all participants. The Computer Quiz Competition was a huge success, promoting healthy competition and enhancing the knowledge of Information Technology among students.

The Computer Quiz Competition was held among students of Std. 9 and 11. 8 teams, each with 3 participants, competed to showcase their knowledge in Information Technology.*Winners:* The winning team consisted of students from Std. 9-C and 11-C, an all-girls team.*Prizes:* Certificates and pens were distributed to all participants.*Judges:* Mr. K. N. Sharma and Mr. Deepak Rangras.The event promoted healthy competition and enhanced the students’ knowledge in IT.
The school auditorium was buzzing with competitive energy on 12/03/2025 as the IT Quiz Competition successfully tested the digital acumen of students from Standard 9 and Standard 11. Organized by the Rajasthan Schools Computer Department, the event aimed to promote general awareness of Information Technology beyond the textbook syllabus.
The competition saw a strong turnout, with students pairing up to form teams that demonstrated enthusiasm for technology, from basic computing concepts to cutting-edge advancements. The mixed participation of students from different grades—Standard 9 providing a strong base in fundamentals, and Standard 11 showcasing knowledge of advanced programming and current affairs—created a truly dynamic and unpredictable contest.

Rajasthan Schools Computer Department was established under Rajasthan Sewa Samiti in July 1992 under the guidance of C.A. Shri Mahendrasinhji Mehta. Under the joint guidance of C.A. Shri Mahendrasinhji Mehta and Shri Babulalji Shekhani, the Computer Department has been imparting education and training to the students of Hindi and English medium in primary and secondary streams since its inception. Presently, the Department is progressing smoothly under the guidance of Shri Vivekji Shroff.
